What is Supiidi?
Supiidi is Uganda's poineer online office supplies ordering service. We enable customers to have an experince of ordering everything they need for the daily office work. place an order and pay when the supplies are delivered. We know that Kampala can get chaotic & hectic, and we work to make it easier for you.
When is Supiidi open?
Supiidi is open 6 days a week and deliveries are made between 7:00am & 5:30pm. Though orders can be placed through out the week 24hrs, Orders made on sunday are delivered monday Morning. Supplies are in our warehouse.
How long will the order take?
During the week (Monday to Saturday), we deliver with in one (1) hour, if placed before 3.30pm.

What is the delivery fee?
The delivery is free when the order placed is for next day delivery.
When an order placed is Shs.100,000. or more for same day deliveries its shs. 5,000.
When its less than Shs.100,000 the delivery charge is Shs. 2,000
How do I know that Supiidi has received my order?
Supiidi will send you an email confirmation immediately after receiving your order. This email indicates that we are processing your request and will have your office supplies to you as fast as possible.
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
It depends on how much time you take to change, but before placing the order you can make changes. When an order is made and you wish to change with in a Time period of 15 minutes, it can be changed We'll do everything in our power to make it happen.
How can I find out my order status?
If you have any concerns about your order status, call or email us. You will be in good hands.
Do you give out receipts?
We send out e-mail confirmation that works as receipts. If you wish a receipt in PDF format for accounting purposes,if that doesnt work for you, let us know and we will get you one.
